RETURN POLICY
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days so we can promptly investigate. Our management team will review each case, and if appropriate, issue a credit or replacement. Replacements are only provided for defective items, and Psychcarts reserves the right to decide the suitable form of compensation on a case-by-case basis.
All Psychcarts orders are shipped securely and with tracking. In the rare case your package is lost or severely damaged, we’ll take appropriate action—either by replacing the order or issuing store credit.
Please note: All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, delays or extra shipping fees may occur. Psychcarts reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for resending packages due to incorrect address input or other delivery issues.
